Mondays have become Nanna/Grandpa days, since Mondays seem to be Frank's busiest days...either attending meetings for one of the 3 (or is it 4?) various organizations he is involved with, a late work meeting or having to catch up on homework (he's finishing his degree with online classes).....Eddie and I either tend to be in the way or bored at home all day, so we head to my parent's house. Lately, going there means lots of bumps and bruises for Eddie (for some reason their house is his enemy...he falls, runs into things and is generally a little more crazy there than he is at home...maybe wanting to show off? I'm not sure), lots of play time and lots of kisses from the dogs. And, in conversation yesterday my dad mentions that the blog has been boring lately.

If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all! But, in my defense, the blog is boring because, well, life has been pretty boring around these parts. We were supposed to go to a local Oktoberfest on Saturday, but it was cold and rainy and we just went to a restaurant for dinner instead. Sunday the Bears won. Monday I went to the library and finally ponied up the books I haven't returned and paid my overdue fees. WOOHOO! Exciting, no?
Thankfully, we have some busy weekends coming up so I'll have something to post about. Gotta keep my apparently very picky dad happy!!
