First thing's first....my laptop died. Not surprising to many of you that know the beating that my trusty old junker took, but it still sucks. So, no pictures. All of my stuff for Red Bird Events gone.
Sigh.
I said on facebook today that I was so close to a Britney head shaving incident that it was not even funny. How sad that a computer can have that much of an impact on your life! As a side note, if you're tying to get a hold of me past 7:00, give up. From today on I am turning my phone off once Eddie goes to bed, sometimes even earlier if I need to get away. I am so sick of feeling like I have to check it a gazillion times a day that I'm just done.
Struggling for something to write, I went back into the blog to see what I wrote a year ago. I was shocked to find that a year ago tomorrow I wrote this post regarding the end of the joy that was pumping. Hubby and I were both shocked that it was a year ago. It seems like yesterday! Around this time last year Eddie was also baptized, had his 6 month check up and then I wrote this post regarding not wanting to have another child.
I was shocked to find that no more kids post, since if you scroll down a bit you'll see pretty much the same thing. A little more struggle about having one in this year's post, but overall the same gist. You'll also find lots of me wanting to go outside, being excited that it was in the 50's and basically saying I was sick of winter. How crazy is that? Or, on the other hand, how mundane is my life? I'm shocked that so many of you stick around to read what I write, especially since apparently I seem to write the same crap over and over! HA!
I'll get some new material, guys. I promise!!
dont throw the laptop away. you can pull the harddrive and connect it (with devise from bb) to your desktop and get the info from it. its a pain, but its better than recreating the stuff.

Anonymous Doug, it is going to best buy. Hopefully the geek squad can fix it!! Thanks for thinking I'm handy enough to do it myself, though :)
