Mother's Day

Happy Belated Mother's Day to all of the wonderful mommies out there! I had a great Mother's Day and I hope everyone else did, too! Since our Sunday was pretty full, we decided that we would do my Mother's Day on Saturday, which was a great plan! Frank got home from work and gave me flowers and a beautiful diamond and black diamond necklace that Eddie picked out. (Frank says he pointed to that one on the computer). I also got to order myself a new North Face jacket, so I was pretty excited! A girl can get used to this kind of spoiling, let me tell you. Then we got all packed up and went to Naperville for some dinner at Stir Crazy and shopping and walking around the downtown district. Eddie even scored on Mother's Day with some cute new outfits from the Gap :).

Sunday we also had a great day, first going to Nanna and Grandpa Carlson's house to see the newlyweds and mom, of course. Eddie had a great time crawling all around their house and going right for the non-babyproofed areas. Good job, buddy! Then we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Turza's and we even got to see Grandma Rosie!

Did I mention I also got served breakfast in bed Sunday morning? I told you I was getting spoiled! I even convinced Frank to take some pictures of me and Eddie in his super cool "My Mom Rules" shirt.
