I'm not feeling very creative today, so sorry for the no - title. We've been having some technically difficulties around here (aka my clumsiness and ability to drop the laptop multiple times) which have resulted in our old laptop (number 3 for those that are counting) to be making a trip to the doctor. First, I dropped him...the poor fellow. Then, he got a virus. Frank cleared the computer and then realized the damage was more extensive than we thought (it's a gift, I know...) so he had to go get a new laptop for me to wreck while the old one was being fixed. Luckily, by some weird coincidence, 2 days before the computer crashed with the virus from hell, Frank bought a back up drive and backed up all of our important files, pictures and video. I am ashamed to say I made fun of his love for this device. Now, I can't help but kiss it's cute little plastic exterior while muttering sweet nothings in it's ear....I owe that little machine (and my husband) for saving all of the pictures we have had of Eddie since he was born and the pictures of my entire marriage and relationship. If you don't have one, GET ONE. NOW. RIGHT NOW. FOR REAL. Now, If you don't mind, please excuse me while I go kiss my little backup some more.....
ahem. er....sorry about that. I'll compose myself.
still there? great. thanks....Anyway....the only thing I forgot to have Frank back up was the photos I edited of Mac's wedding pictures and my scrapblog jpeg's. I did have a little set up about Eddie crawling and pulling up on scrapblog, so I'll have to re-download the file and post it here.
Basically, Eddie's world is now all crawling, all the time. No time for hugs, kisses or laying down. The man has an instinctual need to move, move and move. Even after our very tiring day yesterday (we saw Seasame Street Live's production of "When Elmo Grows up" with Auntie Stef, went to lunch and visited Nanna) he still had the energy (although it was wearing quickly) to crawl around her office hallway, show off and flirt with the ladies. For those that are interested, I'll do a separate post about the Elmo show, and hopefully I can get the pictures I took to work - I used my old, non working camera that I happened to have in my diaper bag still. I also took an adorable video of Eddie clapping for his favorite character, so I really hope it works.
I think I'll try those now - my fingers are all cramped already from typing on a brand new keyboard - I really have to break this thing in....how many falls do you think it will take? (just kidding, Frankie!)
